TM15 PH Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tm15 ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the tm15 ph website, mobile platform, and all associated betting and gaming services.

By accessing the tm15 ph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. tm15 ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where there is doubt about a player's age, the account may be suspended and deposits withheld until age is verified by acceptable documentation. Any winnings accrued while an account holder is found to be underage will be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one registered account on tm15 ph. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the device, payment method, or identity details used — are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts except the original will be closed, any bonuses claimed across the accounts will be forfeited, and the combined balance may be withheld pending investigation.

When registering on tm15 ph, you must provide complete and accurate information, including:

• Your correct date of birth — which must confirm you are at least 21 years of age.
• A valid email address that belongs to you and is accessible for account communications.

Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tm15 ph account credentials — including your password, registered email address, and any two-factor authentication method associated with your account. tm15 ph will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or phone. Any request of this kind should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your tm15 ph account — do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options on your account for additional security.
• Notify tm15 ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not share your account credentials with any other person. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

tm15 ph accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials, failed to notify us of a security breach in a timely manner, or shared your login details voluntarily or negligently.

All deposits and transactions on tm15 ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform accepts deposits through the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Check the cashier section for current minimums at the time of your deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to and is registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited on tm15 ph.
• tm15 ph does not accept deposits from credit facilities — using a credit card's credit line (rather than a direct debit card) to fund gambling is strongly discouraged and may be restricted.
• tm15 ph is not responsible for any delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment providers or technical issues outside of our control. Contact support if a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from tm15 ph. Bets in a pending state due to technical issues are not confirmed until the platform issues confirmation.
• tm15 ph reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by manifest error — including obviously incorrect odds, misidentified events, or technical pricing failures. Voided bets have their stake returned.
• Bets on events that have already commenced at the time of placement — unless the event is designated as a live betting market — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Where a sporting or esports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required period of play is completed, affected bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by product and event type.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply across all products on tm15 ph. These limits are set by the platform and may vary by event, market, and account tier. Bets exceeding these limits will not be accepted.
• tm15 ph reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close markets on any event at any time prior to settlement without prior notice.

Promotions offered by tm15 ph are subject to the general conditions below, as well as specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific terms apply to that promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Welcome bonuses are restricted to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying bets before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to bets that count toward bonus wagering. Bets placed at odds below the minimum stated in the promotion terms do not count toward the rollover requirement.
• Bonuses expire within the window specified in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus not activated or not wagered through within the expiry window will be forfeited without compensation.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided and forfeited. The maximum bet limit is specified in each promotion's terms.
• tm15 ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or add terms to any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes where practicable. Continued participation in a promotion after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Bonuses claimed through the referral programme are subject to the referring and referred player both meeting qualification conditions. Referral rewards may not be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tm15 ph and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or facilitating the creation of accounts on behalf of others for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the tm15 ph platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform — including manifest pricing errors — to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of platform errors will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws or the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) through tm15 ph.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any coordinated betting activity designed to exploit advance knowledge not available to the general public.
• Sharing account credentials, providing access to your account to third parties, or allowing another person to place bets on your behalf without explicit authorisation from tm15 ph.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward tm15 ph staff in any communication channel.

tm15 ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• The account holder is found or suspected to be underage.
• Suspicious activity — including activity consistent with money laundering, bonus abuse, or coordinated betting — is detected.
• The account holder has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to access the platform.
• tm15 ph is required to take action under applicable laws, regulations, or the instructions of a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. tm15 ph will inform the account holder of the reasons for closure where legally permissible to do so. Genuine real-money balances not associated with breached activity will be returned following completion of any required investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including responsible gaming purposes — may do so by contacting tm15 ph support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly, and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on the account.

tm15 ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders — Set reminders that prompt you to review how long you have been playing. Session reminders help maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the tm15 ph platform. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or receive promotional communications. This is a firm restriction and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tm15 ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

tm15 ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, bonus conditions, or withdrawal processes — we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by email to your registered address.

Continuing to use tm15 ph after changes to these Terms have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any eligible balance.
